We believe in honest, upfront pricing. We are proud to offer Free Economy Shipping on every single order placed on www.dind.shop destined for any address within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees, no regional surcharges for remote areas, and absolutely no minimum order value requirements to unlock free delivery.

2. Definitive Processing & Transit Timelines

Our operational schedule runs from Monday through Friday (excluding official United States federal holidays and Australian state public holidays affecting our primary logistics desk). Total delivery duration is the sum of Order Handling Time and Transit Time:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our standard daily order processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, USA). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin their processing lifecycle on the following business day.
  • Handling Time Details: During the 1–3 business day handling window, your item is quality-inspected, packed securely in commerce-grade protective parcels, assigned a tracking matrix, and transferred directly to our partner domestic/international shipping carriers.

3. Real-Time Shipment Tracking Structure

Transparency means knowing exactly where your purchase is at any given moment. Within 24 hours of your package being scanned into the carrier logistics hub, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email to the email address provided during checkout. This email will contain a live tracking link and unique tracking numbers (from carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) allowing you to track the delivery step-by-step.

4. Delivery Scope & P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Restrictions

We deliver to residential and commercial physical addresses across all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please ensure your shipping address is fully articulated, including specific apartment numbers, suite letters, or unit designations. At this time, due to automated carrier security protocols and parcel dimension compliance, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO addresses), or United States territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands).

5. Delivery Contingencies, Delays & Force Majeure

While over 95% of our deliveries occur strictly within our stated 7–13 business day transit window, unexpected anomalies can occasionally happen in modern global supply chains. Exceptional delays may be triggered by extreme weather events, regional custom clearances, localized sorting facility backlogs, or unexpected national carrier strikes.

If your package has not been successfully delivered within 20 business days from the initial placement date, please reach out to us at care@dind.shop. We will launch an immediate priority inquiry with the carrier network. If the carrier confirms the package is permanently lost or stolen in transit, we will issue an immediate 100% refund or ship an identical replacement unit at no cost to you.

6. Missing, Stolen, or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments

  • Incorrect Address Entry: The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address during checkout. If you spot an error, notify us at care@dind.shop within 2 hours of purchase. Once a package is in physical transit, we cannot modify routing trajectories. No refunds will be issued for items undeliverable due to address omission or invalid entries supplied by the customer.
  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: If tracking reports your order as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, side gates, building reception desks, and close neighbors. If it remains missing, contact the local courier branch immediately to verify GPS coordinates of delivery. Dind is not liable for packages stolen from residential doorsteps once official carrier tracking logs document successful delivery.
