To ensure a premium customer experience across the United States, we offer a completely transparent, straightforward 30-Day Free Return Policy with absolutely no hidden restocking or processing fees.

1. 30-Day Free Return Window

You have a full period of 30 calendar days from the date of recorded carrier delivery to request a return for any item purchased from our store. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Zero Return Fees: Return shipping is Free. We provide prepaid shipping labels for all valid returns. There are no restocking fees, handling deductions, or administrative costs applied to your refund.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in a condition that respects standard commerce preservation metrics:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine functional state as received.
  • The item must be contained within its original product packaging, including all inner protective wrappers, components, tags, assembly tools, hardware kits, and user manuals.
  • Returns showing definitive signs of intentional damage, post-delivery structural wear, alterations, or heavy external usage will be disqualified or subject to a partial structural depreciation deduction based on an objective inspection.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

To avoid processing delays and ensure seamless tracking, please execute your return through our standardized operational pipeline:

  1. Initiate the Request: Email our support desk at care@dind.shop. Please include your official Order Number (e.g., #DIND-1001) and a brief description or photo of the item you wish to return.
  2. Receive Prepaid Label: Upon verification of your order status, our support team will issue a Prepaid Return Shipping Label (PDF) via email, accompanied by specific drop-off instructions for a local carrier network (such as USPS or FedEx).
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely place the item in its original packaging, affix the printed prepaid return label to the exterior of the shipping box, and hand it over to the designated carrier drop-off station.

Warning: Do not return products directly to our corporate mailing address in Australia or to the original manufacturing warehouse without our authorized prepaid label. Packages sent without a tracked Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking ID cannot be reconciled and may be lost or rejected.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Damages and Issues)

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover that an item is defective, structurally compromised, physically broken, or if you received the incorrect item altogether, contact us at care@dind.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Please supply clear photographic or video documentation highlighting the defect. We will immediately expedite a brand-new replacement unit at no cost to you, or initiate an instant 100% refund, including waiver of all transit logistics.

5. Refund Processing Timeline (10-Day Policy)

Once your returned package arrives at our designated inspection depot, it will be evaluated within 2 business days to verify eligibility metrics.

  • Approval Notification: We will immediately send an automated email confirming that your package has been received and inspected, explicitly stating whether your refund is approved or declined.
  • 10-Day Payment Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited automatically back to your original method of payment (e.g., the specific credit card or digital wallet used during purchase) within a maximum timeframe of 10 business days.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have received an official approval confirmation email from Dind but do not see the credited funds within 10 business days, please complete the following verification loop before escalating:

  • Check your online banking account or credit card statement again, as posting timelines vary across financial networks.
  • Contact your credit card company or banking institution directly. It often requires specific institutional processing time before a refund is formally cleared and made visible on your account balance.
  • If you have executed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us immediately at care@dind.shop, and we will pull the internal clearing transaction logs to assist you.

7. Order Cancellations & Modification Rules

Because we strive to optimize delivery speed, orders enter our automated fulfillment queue within hours of payment clearance. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please email care@dind.shop within 2 hours of placement. We will do everything possible to intercept the package. If the order has already entered transit or has been picked up by the logistics carrier, it cannot be canceled mid-transit; however, you can easily return it for a free refund once it arrives using our standard 30-day return framework.
